Το παραστατικό έργο της Claire Huber ταξιδεύει ανάμεσα στην προφορική ποίηση, τη χορογραφία, τον ήχο και τη μουσική. Συλλαμβάνει και προτείνει τα έργα της ως «χορογραφίες για την ακοή», καθώς σκοπεύουν να σμιλεύσουν την αντίληψη μέσα στο χρόνο και καλούν την προσοχή μας σ’ αυτό που δεν δίνεται άμεσα.
Στο As we drove short short horizon-lines, σε στενή συνεργασία με τη Κροάτισσα χορεύτρια Filipa Bavčević και τον Κούρδο μουσικό Stalin Blake, η Γαλλίδα καλλιτέχνις παρακολουθεί τις ευαίσθητες στροφές μεγάλων ταξιδιών που ταξιδεύουν από τις περιοχές της Μέσης Ανατολής στη Δυτική Ευρώπη, περνώντας μέσα από τα Βαλκάνια, γεφυρώνοντας εκείνους τους ορίζοντες που διασπώνται επίμονα σε μικρές, όλο και μικρότερες γραμμές.
Συντεθειμένη ως ένα ζωντανό ποίημα με πολλές φωνές, γλώσσες, όργανα και σώματα, η παράσταση προσφέρει ένα οικείο ηχητικό μονοπάτι, αντλώντας από την ανθρώπινη εμπειρία του διαρκώς μεταβαλλόμενου «εδώ» εκείνων που δεν «στεριώνουν» πουθενά.

Claire Huber’s performative work travels across oral poetry, choreography, sound and music. She conceives her pieces as « choreographies for the listening », as they intend to sculpt the perceptions in time and invite to give an alert attention to what is not immediately given.
In As we drove short short horizon-lines, in close hands with Kurdish musician Stalin Blake and Croatian dancer Filipa Bavčević, the French artist follows the sensitive inflections of long journeys that go from Middle Eastern regions, over the Balkans, to Western Europe, bridging those horizons that are persistently broken into short, ever shorter lines.
Composed as a living poem with several voices, languages, instruments and bodies, the performance offers an intimate sonic pathway, drawing from the human experience of the constantly changing « here » of those to whom the grounds never grip.

Le travail performatif de Claire Huber se déploie à la croisée de la poésie orale, de la chorégraphie, du son et de la musique, et donne lieu à des performances « pour l’écoute » en ce qu’elles sculptent la perception dans le temps et invitent à l’attention à ce qui n’est pas immédiatement donné.
Dans Brèves brèves lignes de l’horizon, en étroite complicité avec la danseuse croate Filipa Bavčević et le musicien kurde Stalin Blake, l’artiste française suit les inflexions sensibles de longs périples qui vont du Moyen-Orient en Europe de l’Ouest en passant par les Balkans, et édifie de petits ponts entre ces horizons qui ne cessent d’être brisés en lignes brèves, toujours plus brèves.
Composée comme un poème vivant, en plusieurs langues et à plusieurs voix, instruments et corps, la performance offre un intime voyage sonore, reconfigurant l’expérience humaine d’un « ici » constamment changeant, propre à ceux pour qui « la terre n’agrippe pas ».
